FAQ
A few quiet answers
Short answers for the questions families and caregivers are most likely to ask first.
What is available today?
The Manifest, The Beginning and the public explanation of Meysio are available now. Meysio Family itself is coming soon.
How is Meysio different from a tracking app?
Meysio is not built around collecting more. It is designed to help everyday moments become understandable in the context of one child’s changing rhythm.
Does Meysio tell parents what to do?
No. Expectations are gentle signals, never commands. Families remain in control.
What is a Rhythm Expectation?
A Rhythm Expectation is a careful signal grounded in the child’s own history. It is shown only when the available rhythm supports it.
Is Meysio a medical app?
No. Meysio helps families notice and understand everyday patterns. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or replace a doctor or other qualified professional.
Does Meysio compare my child with other children?
No. Meysio begins with each child’s own moments, history and rhythm. Other children and population averages are not used to tell families what their child should be doing.
Can more than one caregiver use Meysio?
Meysio is being designed for parents and other trusted caregivers, with clear roles and boundaries around what each person can see and contribute.
Can I use Meysio for more than one child?
Yes. Meysio Family is designed for families with more than one child. Each child keeps their own profile, history and rhythm.
What is a Handover Summary?
Meysio prepares a relevant overview for the next caregiver, including when care returns to a parent. It only uses information that person is already permitted to see, so families do not have to assemble the summary manually.
Can access be limited to care hours?
Yes. Roles, access and care windows are defined per child. A caregiver can be given access only while they are responsible for that child and only to the information relevant for that role.
Will Meysio support different languages?
Language Support is being designed to help care remain understandable across languages, so meaning is less likely to get lost between caregivers.
How does Meysio protect family data?
Privacy is part of the architecture. Access follows the care relationship, and sensitive information is never shared simply because it exists.
