Working Together
Care changes hands
Understanding should not get lost between them
Meysio is designed for continuity across caregivers, families and professional care—without making all information available to everyone
Continuity, shaped by access
Three forms of continuity
A clear purpose for every connection
Each form carries context in a different way. None of them opens the full family record.
Between caregivers
Meysio Transfer
In development · Partly included in betaMeysio Transfer supports deliberate handovers between caregivers.
Meysio Transfer is designed to pass relevant context from one caregiver to the next—without opening the family record or creating another conversation feed. Families choose who receives it and for what purpose.
Prepared for the recipient
Handover Summary
In developmentWhen care changes hands, Meysio prepares a recipient-specific view from the moments and context that person is already permitted to see, including when care returns to a parent.
Parents do not have to assemble or send the summary manually. A Handover Summary never reveals hidden information or broadens the recipient’s access.
Beyond the family
Meysio Connect
PlannedMeysio Connect is planned as a privacy-sensitive bridge between families, care organisations and trusted professionals—and, later, existing systems.
It is not an automatically open chat. Access remains governed by role, purpose, consent and an active care relationship.
The boundary travels with the context
The recipient does not inherit every detail
What someone may see is defined by their role, the purpose of sharing, consent and the active care window.
Sensitive information—including location—is never shared by default. Meaning can remain clear between caregivers and across languages without widening access.

Deliberate by design
Not everything moves with care
No open family record
No unrestricted export
No noisy conversation feed
