Privacy by design

Privacy is not a feature
It is a fundamental right

Connected care should never mean that everyone sees everything. It should mean that the right people can understand what matters – within clear boundaries around the child.

Trust must never be sacrificed for convenience

Families remain in control

Families should understand what is stored, what is shared and why it is useful.

Consent should be clear, access should be reversible and families should be able to request deletion without having to understand the system behind it.

Access follows the care relationship

Access should reflect a role, a purpose and an active relationship around the child. It can be limited to a care window and to the information relevant for that role.

A caregiver does not automatically see everything a family records.

Sensitive information is protected deliberately

Sensitive information – including location – is never shared by default

Connection requires boundaries

The more connected care becomes, the clearer its boundaries must be.

Responsible use

Everyday understanding
not medical decisions

Meysio does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or replace a doctor or other qualified professional. Concerns about a child’s health or safety should always be discussed with an appropriate professional.
